Can we use our own logo, artwork or design?
Yes. Please provide us your desired logo/artwork in jpg format. For engraving products, a black vector format is needed.
Can I order a sample?
Sample can be provided and the costs associated with this are shown in the above tab.
What are your payment terms?
For branded items, payment is requested upfront.
Are branded items refundable?
All personalized item are not refundable.
Can I use my own items?
All items used needs to be from theluckydrinker.com inventory.
Can you design the artwork for me?
Our in house creative team can create a design that is suitable for your brand.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is:
100 pieces of the same item with the same artwork for glassware, cutlery and crockery.
25 pieces of the same item with the same artwork for barware.
Successful Projects
Please complete the below form. We aim to provide you with a quote and visuals within three working days and aim to complete all orders within 15 working days from approval of the artwork and receipt of the purchase order.
