It has been a truly wonderful experience buying from the Lucky Drinker, they are one of those companies that i hope go from strength to strength. The dispatch was very quick, while the items were well protected, a couple (i.e. 2 out of 18 glasses) arrived damaged and the Lucky Drinker apologised and immediately issued replacements. Personally, I am of the view that you have to expect some breakages, after all, no courier is perfect. The important thing for me was the customer service, which was excellent. On finding the breakages, i actually got to speak to someone and didn’t have to rely on emails (although they do respond quickly), chatbots or a call centre in some far flung outpost. I will be buying from them again and i recommend anyone reading this does the same.
