If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must return the product to us/seller. We ask you to make sure the product is returned in its original condition including the packaging undamaged. Since the product’s packaging, is important for possible resale of the product, any damage to or failure to return the packaging will be deemed to be a deterioration in its value.
You must notify us to return the product(s) within 14 days from the date you have received the products. We reserve the right to reject claims if we are not notified within 14 days from the moment you receive the items.
You have 7 days to return the item(s) to us/seller from the day you have informed us. That means that the seller or us must receive the item(s) no later than 7 days from the date you have informed us.
When you cancel a purchase, we will refund your payment to your accounts in 3-5 working days after the returned items have arrived to us.
Refunds are transferred to the same card the purchase was made.
For items supplied by us in error, we will arrange free collection. However, we reserve the right to charge a collection fee if the goods are not available on the agreed collection date.
We also reserve the right to charge for goods that:
- Are not returned
- Are returned in a used condition
Please note:
- The customer will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us or seller unless otherwise stated or agreed in writting. If you wish us to collect the goods, the cost of collection will be notified to you and will be deducted from the value of the goods prior to any credit, refund or exchange being issued.
- The customer is liable for any damages incurred which will be deducted from the value of the goods prior to a refund, credit or exchange being issued.
- All personalised items are not refundable.
- The delivery fee is not refundable.
- The vouchers/gift cards are not refundable.
