This Biloxi Double Strainer can both fine and normally strain a cocktail. When put into the shaker it sits and works like a regular hawthorn but can then be slid forward for the fine mesh to cover up the lip of the shakers and your fine straining, removing all the smaller bits. A new design and essential tool.  Made from high quality steel it is both a functional and essential bar tool.

Care
Durable construction. Hand wash only. Always wash with a soft cloth. Avoid washing with abrasive cloths, sponges or brushes. Use a neutral detergent to rinse it, never use strong alkaline or strong oxidising chemicals. Make sure to dry well.
We advise customers that stainless steel is not completely ‘rust-proof’ – it will resist rusting but if left in contact with water for long periods it will start to corrode – so please ensure each evening that you wash up and dry your equipment. Do not leave sitting on wet surfaces overnight or it will rust.
