The Molinillo is a Mexican whisk hand-carved out of wood for high speed mixing and is used traditionally to froth up hot chocolate, atole and champurrado – popular drink in Mexico.
Easy to use: rubbing the stick between the palms of the hands, then a motion similar to that of a mixer so amalgamate the contents.
Each Molinillo is handmade, carefully checked for defect and well packed. As each Molinillo is handmade, there may be a slight difference between each one.
Care
Durable construction. Hand wash only. Always wash with a soft cloth. Avoid washing with abrasive cloths, sponges or brushes. Use a neutral detergent to rinse it, never use strong alkaline or strong oxidising chemicals. Make sure to dry well.
